She is the eldest daughter of Engr. Fernando Torre Jr. and Ms. Judith Fermin Torre. She is the proud mother to Joshua Michael Torre. An alumna of Saint Louis University in Baguio City where she finished her degree in Bachelor of Science major in Accountancy and School of Law in 2005. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in May 2, 2007.
She initially served as appointed Director in IBP Pangasinan chapter in the year 2008 to 2009 ; she was elected as Treasurer in the year 2009-2011 and Director in the year 2011-2013.
She was elected as Vice President and was appointed as Regional Secretary of Central Luzon region by Governor Imelda Q. Tuazon in 2013-2015.
In the years 2015-2017, she was elected as President of IBP Pangasinan chapter and again appointed as Regional Secretary of Central Luzon Region by Governor Jose “Peng” Dela Rama Jr. During her term as President, IBP Pangasinan chapter received the “Most Improved Chapter award Category A” during the 16th National Convention of Lawyers in Manila. It was also during her term when IBP Pangasinan chapter filed a Petition for Issuance of Habeas Corpus with Petition for Relief before Supreme Court which was promulgated on July 25, 2017 in an En Banc Decision by the Supreme Court.
Known to be the “Writ of Kalayaan”, this legal aid practice was duly acknowledged during 17th National Convention of Lawyers on March 2019 at Iloilo City when IBP Pangasinan chapter was awarded “Most Outstanding Legal Aid Program (Category A)”.
She was appointed as the Deputy Governor of IBP Central Luzon by Governor Carmelita R. Eleazar in the year 2017-2019.
A Senior Partner at Samson Torre Arenas-Rosal Montemayor-Boquiren De Guzman Law Offices at San Carlos City,Pangasinan. A part-time professor at Lyceum Northwestern University in Dagupan City in the College of Law and in the College of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Pangasinan State University. A lecturer to various barangay outreach and legal aid program of IBP Pangasinan.
