GUIDELINES AND RULES IN ISSUANCE OF THE IBP ID

ID APPLICATION IN PERSON:

1.) The lawyer's payment of IBP dues must be current;

2.) The applicant must personally supply the needed data in the application form (the IBP will no longer supply the Roll Number and other identifying data of the applicant);

3.) The applicant must present two valid identification cards (a government-issued ID and a secondary ID).


APPLICATION SENT THROUGH MAIL OR COURIER:

1.) The lawyer's payment of IBP dues must be current;

2.) All required data in the application form must be complete;

3.) The applicant must provide a Special Power of Attorney to his agent or representative who shall present a valid identification card.
