GUIDELINES IN PAYMENT OF MEMBERSHIP DUES

ARTICLE III SECTION 23 OF IBP BY LAWS

Membership Dues – On before the 31st day of December, every member of the Integrated Bar shall pay his/her annual dues for the ensuring calendar year in the amount of ONE THOUSAND PESOS (P1,000.00) at the National Office or the office of his IBP chapter. (As amended, pursuant to Bar Matter No. 668)


     Deadline of Payment for every Fiscal Year: 31st day of December

     Moratorium Period: Up to the 10th day of January


Note: A penalty of 10% of the annual membership dues will be imposed, if the payment will be remitted starting the 11th of January of the current calendar year.


Lifetime Membership Fee – Presently, IBP members with FULLY PAID MEMBERSHIP DUES for the current year may apply for the IBP lifetime membership upon payment of the amount of TWELVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P12,500.00). If the lifetime membership fee will be paid on July 1st or beyond advance payment for the annual membership dues for the next calendar year shall also be imposed.
